From my years of experience, I have found somatic experiencing (SE) therapy is one of the most effective therapies. Somatic therapies uses body-centric approaches and science-based methods to work with our nervous system to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body.
Many of my clients experience the benefit of somatic approaches almost immediately.
Our human system doesn’t operate in silos. When we develop a deeper awareness and connection to the body through breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and movement- we integrate our whole system in the process of healing and transformation.
