Being human is a creative project
Every role you've stepped into, every challenge you've moved through, every reinvention you've survived has required imagination, courage, and creativity.
Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, parent, student, executive, or trying to find your footing, you've been using your imagination to shape your life, navigate challenges, and be here today. Yet sometimes that creativity gets stuck, and when it does, we can feel it in our bodies and minds.
When the path forward feels unclear, and the weight of uncertainty makes it hard to move, our brain and body will speak up. Using brain-body-based and evidence-based practices, I will support you in unlocking your innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Because leveraging human creativity isn't just about making things — it's how we heal, how we honor ourselves, and how we move forward.
When we revisit what hurts from an empowered place and help it move and evolve, something opens. That's where transformation lives. I'm here to help you unlock what's waiting to move.

WHO?
Many people come to me feeling stuck - in their bodies, their minds, or both. That stuckness can show up as pain, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that no matter how much you talk about what's hard, something essential remains unchanged.
That experience is real, and it makes sense. You may have tried talking about it, and while that helped to a point, something deeper hasn't shifted yet. That's your body and nervous system telling you they need a different kind of attention.
I work with people who are ready to move beyond surviving and into actually feeling good — in their bodies, their relationships, and their lives. My approach combines decades of experience with methods that engage the body and brain together as one whole system. Decades of experience working with people in this way have shown me again and again: what feels frozen can move. What feels out of reach — joy, ease, aliveness in yourself and your relationships — is far closer than it seems.
The approaches I use are embodied, action-oriented, and somatically grounded. That means we don't just discuss what's hurting; we work directly with the places where it lives, using the body's own wisdom and the brain's capacity for change to release what's stuck and reconnect you with your innate creativity and vitality.

I have 20 + years of combined experience working in mental health, counseling and therapuetic spaces.
I am a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), Creative Arts & Health Certification, Drama Therapy Adjunct Faculty at California Institute of Integral Studies (SF, CA), Therapeutic Spiral International (Worldwide), and Beyond Psychology Network (LA, CA).
My Approach
Warm, direct, playful, and compassionate.
I understand the impacts of living in this world — the overwhelm, fear, anger, sadness, and stuckness it can create. I've walked this path myself, and I know what it feels like when things begin to move again: when ease, joy, and aliveness start to feel possible. That knowing is woven into everything I do.
Client-Centered and inviting- I can draw upon my expertise in Drama and Creative Arts Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, CBT, Parts Work (IFS), and Somatic Practices, such as Polyvagal Nervous System and Neuroception work to meet you where you are and support lasting change.
Traditional talk therapy has real value, but without engaging the body, trauma and stress often stay stuck. When we work with the body and brain together as one system, something deeper becomes possible. I offer a compassionate, attuned space where you can slow down, tune in, and access the wiser, more resourced parts of yourself — using science-based tools grounded in body-brain healing.
You have an innate capacity for healing and creativity. Sometimes it just needs the right conditions to come back online.
Together, we'll unlock your vitality and build a vision and roadmap for your life.

Therapuetic Arts
Drama & Creative Arts Therapies are liberatory practices for all - adults, couples, and teens. The power of utilizing imagination and play, one can effectively tell their stories, set goals, solve problems, express feelings, heal and transform the vulnerable parts of themselves, and experience relief. Research has proven that engaging in playful encounters increases connection, authenticity, and innovation. Play also reduces symptoms associated with common experiences such as anxiety and depression, as well as limitations and defenses that often block transformation and change.
Creative Arts Therapy offers expansive ways to express what is hard to say, communicate, or share. Creative arts therapy supports self-expression and can increase perspective, insight, and problem-solving. Studies have shown creative arts can also increase a sense of calm, self-regulation, attention, and mindfulness.

Somatic Oriented Therapies
Our experiences live in our bodies. Our body is our greatest teacher and healer.
Somatic body-brain based therapies such as Brainspotting and polyvagal theory offers science-based methods to work with the unervous system to release stress, tension, pain, and trauma from the body. Many of my clients experience the benefit of somatic approaches almost immediately.
Our human system doesn’t operate in silo. When we develop a deeper awareness and connection to the body through breath work, meditation, mindfulness, and gentle movement- we integrate our whole body system into the process of holistic healing and transformation.

Mindful-Based Therapies
Mindfulness and meditative practices assists with all aspects of wellness by giving you the tools to tune into the here-and-now so you can address what is happening within and around you without judgment.
Mindfulness supports you in practicing how to observe and separate your thoughts and moods – teaching you to recognize your sense of being and presence.
I weave somatic awareness and mindfulness to help clients tap into their strengths and self-compassion. The result is that clients experience a reduction in anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and other self-defeating beliefs.

Trauma
I am trauma-responsive and use trauma-informed practices to support you in your healing journey. I understand most people will experience trauma in their lifetime, whether it’s an accident, the loss of a loved one, exposure to violence, a natural disaster, war, secondary (vicarious) trauma, childhood abuse, or a traumatic event.
I have spent over two decades serving communities and individuals impacted by trauma. You are not alone, and you can heal.
I work with trauma using neuroscience and brain-body-centered reconnection and resourcing. Together, we will leverage your innate ability and wisdom to heal by working gently and directly with the body and brain to generate new neural pathways and reconnect with joy and a sense of safety. Your body and mind will become a home once again.
